When you register for the Future Greenland conference, Greenland Business Association will process your personal data in accordance with applicable Greenlandic data protection legislation.

What Personal Data Do We Process?
When you register for the conference, we process the following information:
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Place of work/organization
• Position (if provided)
• Any other information you voluntarily provide in connection with your registration

Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
• Administration of your registration for the conference
• Communication with you before, during, and after the conference
• Preparation of participant lists and name tags
• Practical planning and execution of the conference
• Documentation and evaluation of the event, if applicable

Legal Basis
The processing of your personal data is based on:
• Your consent, cf. data protection legislation
• The processing being necessary to fulfill the agreement regarding your participation in the conference

Storage of Information
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the above purposes. As a rule, the data will be deleted no later than 24 months after the conference has been held, unless there is an objective and legal need for longer storage.

Disclosure of Information
Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless:
• It is necessary for the running of the conference (e.g., technical suppliers)
• It is required by law
Any data processors will process information only at the instructions of Greenland Business Association and in accordance with applicable rules.

Your Rights
Under data protection legislation, you have the right to:
• Access the information we process about you
• Have incorrect information corrected
• Have your information deleted to the extent possible
• Object to the processing
• Withdraw your consent
